Privacy

The honest summary: we keep your email, your pet's photo and the text of your message. We use them to make your video and send it to you. We don't sell them, we don't hand them to anyone who isn't needed to make the video, and we delete the photo after 30 days.

We're based in Spain and sell to customers in the United States, so your data is processed outside the US.
What we collect and why

We don't profile you, we don't make automated decisions about you, and we don't use your data for advertising.
How long we keep it
- The photo: 30 days after delivery, then it's deleted. We keep it that long in case the video needs remaking.
- The video: 30 days available to download.
- Billing records: kept for as long as tax rules require.
The deletion is done by a job that runs every day, not by hand.

Your choices
Whatever state you live in, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to administrador@levelupagencies.com and we'll answer within 30 days.
We do not sell your personal information for money. But under California law, using Meta's pixel counts as sharing your data for cross-context behavioral advertising, so we say it plainly instead of hiding behind the word "sell". You can stop that sharing at any time with the button above, or by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser — we honor both. You also have the right to know what we hold, to have it deleted, and not to be treated differently for asking.
Advertising and cookies
We advertise on Instagram and Facebook, and to know which ads actually work we use Meta's pixel. It sets a cookie in your browser and tells Meta that someone visited this site or bought a video. When you buy, our server also tells Meta the amount — your email address is sent hashed, never in plain text, and we never send your pet's photo, your message or the recipient's name.
Two ways to switch it off, and both work:
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the pixel never loads. Nothing to click — we check before loading anything.
- Or use the opt-out button below. It remembers your choice in this browser.
We don't use analytics beyond that, and there is no cookie banner because in the United States the rule is that you must be able to opt out — not that you have to opt in before seeing the site.
When you click to pay you're taken to Stripe's page, which uses its own technical cookies to process the payment securely, under their policy.
